I’m Tasha, 39, mom of 5 amazing kids. My teen years led me down a difficult path of substance use, loss, and trauma. I survived multiple overdoses, lost many friends, and after my mom’s death, struggled for years to find stability. Recovery wasn’t a straight line, but this December marks 10 years clean. Today I’m grateful for my children, my home, my independence, and the support of my dad, who never gave up on me. Seeing these stories reminded me to have honest conversations with my kids. Recovery is possible. ❤️
