This past weekend, gathered with 13 alumni from our MINDFUL MANIFESTATION program for MM 2.0, a weekend of expanded yogic teachings, guest speakers, and continued support ✨🧘
We are forever inspired by the women in our community for dedicating themselves to the practices of yoga and meditation 🙏 It’s through self-knowledge that we can truly achieve our dreams and soar.

As a proud Asian woman, I am horrified by the massacre that took place this past week and the hate crimes towards the AAPI community that persist in the US. Now is the time to spread love and healing. Now is the time to band together and use our voices so we aren’t overlooked. Now is the time to .
Let’s drop the stereotypes, drop the Asian jokes, and let’s definitely drop the oversexualization of Asian women. We deserve better than that.
Although my heart is heavy, I am hopeful for the next generation. We are bringing these issues to light in a powerful way and I have faith that we will see massive positive change from here. We must believe that and keep fighting.
Remember that only love can drown out hate. So let’s lead with that.

Recently I have been getting into journal prompts in the morning. I like that I can start my day with a moment to myself where I can align my thoughts for the day ahead. Sometimes it can be a lot to sit down and journal daily, maybe start off with a weekly journal time.
How can we create today without judgment? Whether that's towards ourselves, others, the environment we are in?
Take a moment to sit with yourself, realign for your day and give this journal prompt a try! If you want you can share some thoughts in the comments. Approach yourselves with love, kindness, and patience.
