Calling all Grupo Folklórico de UCLA alumni, family, and friends! Join us for an amazing afternoon of food, friendly competition, and community at our Lotería Tardeada Gathering & Fundraiser! 💃🕺

Come reconnect with old friends, celebrate our culture, and play to win some awesome prizes! All proceeds go directly to supporting Grupo Folklórico de UCLA, funding cultural events, student initiatives, and alumni operations. 💙💛

🎓🐻 We are excited to announce our final 2026 student speaker, Anthony Frias! 🐻🎉 Anthony Frias II, M.Ed. ‘26, is a rising Latino leader and UCLA Latino Grad Student and UCLA Student-Athlete! Anthony’s journey began at Turlock High School , and attended Modesto Junior College before later transferring to UCLA. Anthony broke out as a star running back on the team this past season. He is pursuing a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Transformative Coaching and Leadership, , from the UCLA School of Education & Information Studies, . Anthony is a powerful downhill runner overcoming every obstacle and succeeding in every effort and every rep! From the Valley to Westwood. Anthony has been busy this spring preparing for a shot at the ! Don’t miss his speech at Grad Bash!

🎓🐻 Announcing our final 2026 Alumni Speaker, a 2010 UCLA alumni, Cinthia Flores! 🐻🎉 As a UCLA student Cinthia served as the first Latina Student Body President in UCLA history! She went on graduate from UCI Law School and while there was a Regent on the University of California Board of Regents. She then practiced immigration law, with a focus on defending individuals from deportation at and then was appointed in 2020 by California Governor Gavin Newsom to serve as a Board Member of the California Agricultural Labor Relations Board. In 2022, the Hispanic National Bar Association recognized Cinthia as a “Top Lawyer Under 40.” Cinthia also currently serves as President-Elect of the UCLA Alumni Association, an organization representing over half a million alumni worldwide! Don’t miss her speech at Grad Bash!
