📣 Please join us in welcoming Lisa Kumbier to Embassy Consulting Services as our new Consulting and Operations Associate.

Lisa brings more than 20 years of law enforcement experience with the Brown Deer Police Department, where she served in a variety of leadership positions, including FTO, Patrol Lieutenant, Training Supervisor and Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police. She also spent the past six years as a Law Enforcement Training Specialist with Waukesha County Technical College, coordinating training programs, supporting instructors, and helping develop professional development opportunities for public safety professionals throughout the region.

In addition to her extensive operational and training experience, Lisa is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command and has served as an instructor for Northwestern University's Supervision of Police Personnel course.

We are excited to have Lisa join the Embassy team and look forward to the leadership, professionalism, and experience she brings to our mission of supporting public safety professionals across the country.

With 35 years of service between a municipal police department in Southeast Florida—where he retired as Police Chief—and the FBI as a Special Agent, he has dedicated his career to leadership, mentorship, and public safety.

For more than 30 years, he has trained and mentored thousands of law enforcement professionals nationwide, sharing real-world experience and leadership insight built from decades in the field.

At Embassy Consulting Services, he teaches a premier-level Internal Affairs course to agencies across the country.
