One thing became very clear during last night's workshop: Most people aren't looking for another job.
They're looking for a life that feels more aligned.
A life with more purpose.
More flexibility.
More impact.
More ownership.
If you've ever found yourself wondering...
π Is this really it?
π Am I meant for something more?
π Could I actually build something of my own?
Then you need to watch this replay.
Not because everyone should become a coach.
But because everyone deserves to explore what's possible.

One of my favorite things about this work?
Watching people stop wondering if they could do something meaningful with their experience... and start actually doing it.
Every quote in this carousel came from a real student who decided to bet on themselves, learn a new skill, and take action.
Different backgrounds.
Different careers.
Different goals.
But one thing in common: They stopped waiting for permission.
If you've ever thought about coaching, helping people professionally, starting something of your own, or creating a career with more purpose, freedom, and flexibility, I'd love to invite you to my free Get Paid to Coach Workshop.
You'll learn:
β¨ How to identify your coaching niche
β¨ How coaches actually get paid
β¨ How to create your first coaching offer
β¨ The steps to start building a coaching business

The smartest, most capable people are often the ones who stay stuck the longest.
Not because they aren't ambitious.
Not because they lack options.
But because they've spent years building an identity around being the responsible one.
The one with the degree.
The one with the title.
The one with the stable career.
The one everyone is proud of.
And after investing so much time, money, and energy into becoming that person, it can feel almost impossible to ask:
"What if I want something different now?"
Because then the brain starts doing what brains do:
π "But I worked so hard for this."
π "People know me as a teacher."
π "People know me as a nurse."
π "People know me as an executive."
π "People know me as a therapist."
π "People know me as a manager."
π "What would people think?"
The problem is that somewhere along the way, many of us accidentally fuse our identity with our profession.
We stop seeing our career as something we do and start seeing it as who we are.
But your resume is not your only identity.
And wanting something more doesn't mean you've failed, wasted your education, or made the wrong choices.
Sometimes it simply means you've grown.
If you've been feeling restless lately, don't immediately assume you need another degree, another job, or another promotion.
Ask yourself a different question:
Have I outgrown the identity I've been carrying?
And if that question hits a little too close to home, join me on June 16 for my free live Get Paid to Coach Workshop.
We'll talk about what it actually looks like to leverage your experience, expertise, and life lessons into meaningful work that helps others.

Most coaches think they need more followers to get clients.
And while this can help... what they actually need is a better referral system.
In this carousel, I'm breaking down the exact 3-step referral strategy I used to grow my coaching business before social media became everything.
No dancing required.
No going viral needed.
No posting 5 times a day.
Again, the above things CAN WORK but they are definitely not the only (or dare I say best) way to get clients.
Just relationships, referrals, and real conversations.
Because the fastest path to coaching clients isn't usually a reel.
It's a recommendation.

"I've always been the person people opened up to."
That's how so many great coaches begin.
Not because they have all the answers.
Not because they're the loudest person in the room.
Not because they're perfect.
Because people trust them.
Before coach training, Liz thought being helpful meant giving advice and finding solutions.
Today, she understands something much more powerful:
β¨ Coaching isn't about having the answers.
β¨ It's about asking the questions that help people discover their own.
One of her biggest breakthroughs was learning the difference between helping and supporting.
Helping often says, "Let me carry this for you."
Coaching says, "I believe you're capable of carrying this yourselfβand I'll walk beside you while you do."
Since graduating, Liz has continued building meaningful relationships with fellow coaches, growing her practice, and pursuing her dream of creating wellness retreats that help people reconnect with their mind, body, and soul.
And that's what we love most about this work.
The ripple effect.
One woman decides to answer the calling on her heart... and the impact reaches countless others.
If you've been quietly wondering whether coaching might be your next chapter, consider this your sign to stop wondering and start exploring.
Drop a β€οΈ below if you've ever been told, "You're so easy to talk to."
You might be closer to becoming a coach than you think.
