Here's the first ever pic of our NEW Sidekick that has been totally revised. To show the change the NEW Sidekick lettering will be all red. These are the very first SideKicks off our printers. Instead of being made with PETG-CF, our new Sidekick is the much stronger brand new PCTG-CF filament. On top of this I've went in and totally changed my slice (the machine G-Code that makes the part). We estimate SideKick is at least 30% stronger.
We also updated our flexible TPU spacer that's up in the end of the main female thread cavity. It's much thicker so when you tighten Sidekick on your pole it's a lot more snug than our first several months of Sidekicks sold last year (This little tweak alone has been huge for me and my techs). Also, be sure to read our instructions/tipsheet. When we spin our pole, always spin it clockwise. This helps keep Sidekick tightened on the pole. NEW Sidekick will be available in a few weeks.

Definitely our longest print yet at a whopping 17 hours 40 minutes. Turned out fantastic. Our salute to America. Happy 250th birthday to freedom. 🎉🎊🇺🇸

Really should have a second tech helping with this huge warehouse de-webbing job. Then when I saw what was in my toolbox I remembered and said "I actually do"! 😆👍

Biggest de-webbing job of my 36 years. 1.1 million square feet. We knocked it out in chunks over the past couple of months. Our Sidekicks and Pro Dusters held up great! Could not have done it without them. Our arms felt like spaghetti for a couple of days tho😆
