High school and adult divisions open July 11 Pins For A Purpose is bringing together high school and adult wrestlers for a day of competition while supporting Children’s of Alabama Hospital.

Whether you’re staying sharp during the offseason, preparing for next season, or just looking for an opportunity to compete, this event is for you.

This is such a neat idea for a tournament! Getting moms out there to wrestle!

Confidence isn’t something kids are born with.

It’s built through challenges, effort, and learning to keep going when things get tough.

Today’s class had plenty of live wrestling, and it was great seeing these athletes put their skills to the test. Every round is an opportunity to learn, compete, and grow.

One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is watching things start to click.

We had a lot of fun today, but more importantly, we saw the results of consistent work. The techniques we’ve been building are starting to show up during live wrestling, and the confidence is growing with every practice.

These athletes are learning that improvement doesn’t happen overnight. It happens one practice at a time.
