Originally from Kentucky, my family and I and have been blessed to call this community home for the past 11 years. My husband and I have been married for 21 years, and we are the proud parents of three active children who attend schools within the Sparkman cluster. I love spending time with my family, reading, and being outdoors!

Teaching has been a passion of mine for many years working with students in Kentucky, Kansas, and Alabama. I have loved being part of the Endeavor family for the past four years. I strive to create a warm, welcoming classroom where every student feels valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. I am excited to partner with families to make this a successful and memorable school year.

Hello, my name is Mandy Neely. I am honored to serve as the PE Aide. I am excited to work with your children this school year.

My husband and I are blessed to have two wonderful children: Tripp, who will be entering 10th grade at Sparkman High School, and Cardin, who will be entering 8th grade at Monrovia Middle School. As a parent, I understand the importance of providing a positive, safe, and supportive environment where students can learn, grow, and be successful.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and being involved in our community. It is a privilege to be part of your child’s educational experience, and I am excited for a wonderful school year.

My name is Shanti Mangrum and I am so excited to be joining the CNP team here at Legacy. I have been working in CNP since 2017. I previously worked as a Social Worker which I loved but I needed a job with a schedule that worked good for me with my three girls. Not realizing that I found my purpose, serving the babies and ensuring they receive the nutrients needed to succeed throughout their day. Outside of work, my girls keep me busy with their extracurricular activities and I enjoy spending time with family. I am so grateful for this opportunity and cannot wait for this upcoming school year to get to know the staff, children and families.

Hello! My name is Monica McNair, and I am excited to become part of the Legacy family. My husband, our three children, and I are relocating from Mobile, Alabama. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama—Roll Tide! With more than ten years of experience working with children, I am passionate about supporting and helping young people thrive. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with Jesus, drinking coffee, and relaxing outside. I am looking forward to this next chapter and the adventures our family will experience along the way!

Hi, I’m Alyson Miller. I have been part of the Legacy Elementary family for the past five years as a part-time staff member, and I am excited to step into my new role as a full-time Clerical Aide. I enjoy supporting our students, staff, and families and am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our school community.

When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active through exercise, and making lasting memories with the people I love. I look forward to another great year at Legacy Elementary!

Hello! My name is Ashley Bartholomew and I am excited to join the third-grade team this year. This will be my fifth school year at Legacy, where I have previously taught fifth-grade Math and Science. I am married and have two boys—one in high school and one starting middle school this year. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and traveling. I am so excited for this next school year.
