Congratulations to our summer robotics graduates, Le-Anh, Dwayne, and Josef! They spent an intensive week building some valuable skills in basic robotics operation and programming, adding hands-on experience and industry-recognized training to their growing skill sets. We're proud of all they've accomplished and excited to see what's next for them.

Summer robotics class has been in full swing this week! We have four students who have been taking this week-long intensive class to get certifications for robotics programming and operations. Next week, our summer soldering class will be doing the same thing!

Such a sweet gesture from i3 Cares ! They came by recently with a fantastic donation from their Cupcakes for a Cause Bake Sale. The baked goodies may not have lasted long, but the impact of their generosity will! šŸ°šŸ§šŸ’œ

A huge thank you to the incredible community partners who helped keep our Camp KTECH campers fueled and focused this week!

We're grateful to Marco's Pizza, Chick-fil-A Madison (AL) , cocina , Shaggy's Burgers and Tacos, City Barbeque, and Kroger for providing lunches for our campers as they spent the week building new skills, exploring technology, and preparing for future careers. A special thank you as well to Huntsville Coca-Cola for supplying drinks throughout the week.

Your generosity helped make Camp KTECH an even better experience for every student who participated. Thank you for investing in the next generation of our workforce!

After two weeks, Camp KTECH has wrapped up, and we're already missing these campers and their enthusiasm for learning! 😭

We had two incredible sessions filled with building, breaking, drilling, soldering, programming, and so much more. Along the way, campers explored real-world STEM skills, solved problems, worked together in teams, and discovered new talents!

Thank you to everyone who joined us this summer. We can't wait to do it all again next year!

Campers today at Camp KTECH got a special visit from Mazda Toyota Manufacturing! They learned all about how Mazda Toyota builds its vehicles, and even got to get hands on with a Corolla Cross made in Huntsville! It was a cool way to show them how some of the things they're learning in camp could become a career one day!

Camp KTECH kicked off today! We have a great group of campers who hit the ground running today. After some team building exercises in the morning to get everyone acquainted with each other, and then they split into groups and did some soldering, some virtual reality, and some work with hand tools. It's going to be a fun week!

At our KTECH graduation, students heard from Chase Hester, one of our graduates who now works as a test technician at Element Materials Technology.

Chase spoke about being homeless at one point in his life and the hard work it took to build a future for himself. Today, some of the products he helps customers test are connected to the Artemis mission and the effort to return astronauts to the moon.

Technical skills can open doors, but confidence, perseverance, and opportunity can change the entire direction of someone’s life. Chase has become one of KTECH’s brightest success stories, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far he’s come.

Violeta's story is a testament to how far someone can go with true hard work. For 16 weeks, she worked full-time, took care of her sister, and attended classes at KTECH. It paid off.

Now, Violeta has been promoted at work and is planning to go to college. She's able to help her family.

We are so proud of Violeta, and we're so happy we were able to help her fulfill her dreams.
