Last week at the CCSD ExceptiCON Conference we enjoyed incredible sessions focused on Collaboration, Innovation, and Education. Thanks you to all of the presenters and participants who joined us for this amazing day of inspiration! It may be summer, but the learning never stops! ☀️

No tricks, All treats!! Our SLPs attended the Speech Tech Expo where they learned how to use BookCreator and Nearpod with Jamie Gore and Jena Parish!
They explored new ways to engage students and make therapy tech-savvy and fun.

In the East, our area peer review was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! 💫 We explored AAC, celebrated collaboration, and sprinkled in a bit of Mary Poppins magic along the way. From shared laughter to shared learning, every conversation reminded us that “in every job that must be done, there is an element of fun!” 🎶

South and Sprayberry Clusters Area Peer Team/CCC meeting today blended the power of AAC with the energy of a fair-style experience for an afternoon filled with learning, engagement, and peer connection.

The CCSD SLPs in the West had a great time exploring all things AAC with a POP of art.
