1. Seeing different aspects of myself in EVERYTHING. The light & the dark. Nature, people, experiences. It’s all a reflection & a teacher 🪩
2. Mirror work. Looking into my eyes, admiring my beauty and witnessing the pain. Letting myself be seen and accepted, unconditionally, in all of my perfectly imperfect glory 💖
3. Surrounding myself with those who have faced their own shadows and integrated them into empowerment. ☯️
4. Simply being. I am multidimensional by existing, moment to moment 😘

It’s simple really yet applying to every day life can be sticky in world that believes everyone needs to fit into little boxes labeled with their own limiting beliefs. It requires unlearning false narratives and looking for the truth within.

Ahh Father’s Day, yet another day filled with all sorts of mixed feelings. So cheers to a mixed bag of memes to reflect those feelings 🥴🫠
My father has been absent most of my adult life because he chooses to stay devoted to a cult as his way of “saving me”. I really don’t know him yet I see how he’s left a lasting impression on my life. He’s doing his best based on his level of consciousness, yet it still isn’t what I need. Thanks for igniting the fire within me to burn down all things built on misogyny that’s rooted in toxic patriarchy 🫡
To those reparenting themselves, facing the individual, generational & collective shadows, integrating, honoring their own Divine Masculine & Feminine essence, still choosing love above all else, whilst parenting a child without the full support of your child’s father or your own father, I see you. You’re doing amazing and let us trust and have faith it gets better 💗

There’s something beautifully freeing about being at the end of my 30s. Feeling the magnitude from the releasing of overthinking, perfectionism and over analyzing. It’s liberating to see the patterns arise, observe them for what they are and let them go with more ease, grace and gentleness for myself. Appreciating and valuing how far I’ve come over the years 💖
My theory is that one of the reasons society has been programmed with the notion that women are portrayed as ‘less than’ in some way, as they approach and pass 40, is because that’s when she more deeply steps into her superpowers and becomes unfukablewith in a truly empowering way.🔥🐦🔥🔥

Baby Boomers came from the Silent generation where most passed down those same traditions, so of course the exposure of shadows feels uncomfortable. Not for all but for many.
Many Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z have followed the lead of those who came before them that exposed the lies, trauma and deceit, while technology amplified the magnitude of the force in which things have been uncovered.
The truth will always be brought to the light.
The darkness is not to be feared, it is to be acknowledged as an intricate component of life.
