One of my favorite parts of coaching isn't the coaching itself...

It's getting to sit down with clients afterward and hear what's actually working in real life.

These Victory Lap Calls are separate from our regular coaching sessions and give clients a chance to share their wins, breakthroughs, and lessons they've implemented along the way.

One insight that came up in this conversation:
- High-performance machines need pit stops. And so do people.
- When life gets busy, most of us try to push harder.
But sometimes the most effective thing you can do is pause.

Take 10 minutes.
Put the phone down.
Breathe.
Write down what's on your mind.
Focus on the very next step.

Needing a break isn't a sign that something is wrong. It's a sign that you're carrying a lot and need to recharge so you can keep performing at your best.

Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what to do, it's having someone help you actually do it.

I thought doing everything myself made me strong.

And started being willing to ask for help.
Because sometimes the fastest way forward is admitting you don't have all the answers.
