Panther Rowing alumni gathered at the Dad Vail Regatta this spring to support our current student-athletes and celebrate the enduring bonds that make the Panther rowing community so special.

During the weekend, we were proud to recognize the 40th anniversary of the 1986 Florida Tech Rowing Team. Alumni from the team reunited to reminisce, reconnect, and celebrate a legacy that continues to inspire generations of Panthers.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this special time possible. Here's to the memories made, the traditions carried forward, and the legacy of Panther Rowing. 🐾

🌟 Alumni Spotlight: Indiaella Kemm-Pineiro '19 🌟

From Florida Tech classrooms and ROTC training to helping lead future operations for the U.S. Army, Indiaella Kemm-Pineiro '19 has built a career centered on service, leadership, and readiness.

At Florida Tech, she found more than an education—she found a community that helped shape her future.

Today, she's helping coordinate major training exercises, supporting military readiness, and working toward her goal of becoming a major and one day commanding her own company.

Florida Tech’s weVENTURE Women’s Business Center has been awarded a $100,000 grant from Truist Foundation to help provide business education, coaching, and training to entrepreneurs across the Space and Treasure coasts.

Through its programs, weVENTURE helps hundreds of small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs each year gain access to the knowledge, mentorship, and resources they need to grow.

In 2024-25 alone, weVENTURE clients:
- Created 66 new jobs
- Retained 2,136 jobs
- Generated more than $120 million in gross revenue
