And I think to my self, what a wonderful world.🌎” Greetings FB FAMILY! On today, students had the chance to learn about the history of Louis Armstrong. Our amazing music teacher Mr. Julian played the trumpet, allowed students to listen to one of Louis’s Armstrong’s famous songs (when the saints go marching in) , and showed a “record”. He explained to the children about how back in the 50’ & 60’s many people used records to play songs.
He talked about how jazz is it is a foundational art of self-expression, blending African American musical traditions with European harmonic structures. It champions democracy, deep listening, and collaboration through improvisation, directly shaping the evolution of global genres like rock, pop, and hip-hop!

GOOD AFTERNOON FB! On today, our kidooss had a blast playing the “GRANNY PANTS” game! The objective was to put as many basketballs or tennis balls in the “pants” which every team won first, was the winner! 🏆Miss Kel’s all-stars ended this week w/ success,energy, and fun!
