WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AN ECS EAGLE?
At ECS, we think with the end in mind - how we are building our students for life.
In this series of posts, we are examining the qualities that each letter in "EAGLE" represents. The final "E" in "EAGLE" stands for EQUIPPED FOR LIFE.
We want our students to be influential leaders in their colleges, careers, churches and homes, well-equipped with a gospel-centered lens through which to view all of life. That’s why we are intentional in our discipleship programming, setting aside the First Five minutes of every school day for a time of discipleship and prayer. As we meet for weekly chapels and discipleship group time, godly teachers and coaches lead students in discussions about how to live out the Christian faith in today’s world.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AN ECS EAGLE?
At ECS, we think with the end in mind. Some see a young child in our earliest grade, playing with blocks and learning colors, but we see tomorrow's leader, passionately using his or her gifts and talents to impact his or her
sphere of influence for Christ.
In this series of posts, we are examining the qualities that each letter in "EAGLE" represents. The "A" in "EAGLE" stands for AUTHENTIC BELIEVER.
We want our students to recognize, understand and move from a cultural Christianity to a personal, saving relationship with Jesus Christ. Through our unique discipleship program, our teachers share gospel truths daily while ensuring that every student at ECS is known, nurtured and loved.
