Scholars can get game-ready for their upcoming season! A current sports physical is required for participation in school athletics, so now is the perfect time to check it off your list before the season begins.

Gestalt’s College, Career and Technical Education (CCTE) pathways accelerate scholar attainment of in-demand postsecondary opportunities, allowing PCA scholars to earn college credit, career training and various industry credentials before they graduate high school.

At PCA High in the 2025-2026 school year:
💚 677 industry certifications earned.
💚 294 scholars received dual enrollment college credit.
💚 190 scholars received two or more industry certifications.

We are so proud of our scholars and we wish them nothing but the best as they go on to conquer the world!

The past two weeks, our principals, deans and instructional coaches engaged in our annual Summer Leadership Institute. This year’s theme, The Gestalt Way, focused on strengthening the leadership practices that drive our success.

During this dedicated time, leaders engaged in team building and deep discussions around culture, operations and academics as they prepare to lead their schools into a successful new year.

We are just a few days away from our Community Carnival, and we cannot wait to have fun with our Village!

We're proud to announce the election of Nikki Woods Dobbins as our new Chair of Gestalt's board of directors.

Nikki currently serves as Chief of Staff at Memphis Education Fund, where she leads strategy, operations and executive communications for initiatives advancing education policy and systems change. Her background spans literacy instruction, nonprofit communications and political campaign strategy, equipping her with a unique ability to turn vision into action across diverse sectors.

She is a proud graduate of Overton High School and a legacy Memphis City Schools graduate. A respected Memphis leader and holder of an M.B.A., Nikki is known for her collaborative approach, deep commitment to community engagement and passion for helping organizations create meaningful, lasting impact.
