Another success!

On the evening of June 11th, we proudly celebrated the completion of yet another Menlo Park Evening Medical Assistant class, a heartfelt occasion filled with gratitude and reflection, where it was more than a few tears of joy.

Early in the program, this cohort faced an unexpected challenge when their instructor became unavailable. Yet what could have been a setback became a powerful example of commitment and teamwork. One of JobTrain's Medical Assistant instructors, Natisa, stepped forward without hesitation, teaching her own class in San Jose during the day before driving to Menlo Park each evening to ensure these students could continue their journey uninterrupted.

Together, the instructor and counselor reassured students that their hard work and dreams would not be derailed. Their dedication provided the stability, the encouragement, and the support that helped this class stay focused on the finish line.

As students reflected on their experience, many spoke about the confidence they had gained and the growth they discovered within themselves. One student, inspired by the support he received, volunteered to help teach clinical skills to students in the San Jose Medical Assistant program. His kindness and willingness to serve others embody the very qualities healthcare employers seek in the next generation of professionals.

To our incredible instructor, Natisa and counselor, Layal thank you for believing in your students and guiding them with compassion and unwavering commitment.

And to our graduates, as you prepare to begin your externships, know that you carry with you the skills, confidence, and heart to make a difference in the lives of others.

Congratulations, graduates. The future of healthcare is brighter because of you.

On June 10th, JobTrain proudly celebrated the completion of its Building Maintenance Technician & HVAC training program and the achievements of another outstanding group of graduates ready to enter the skilled trades workforce.

During the ceremony, their instructor shared how confident he is in each student's abilities and future success. After months of hands-on training, technical learning, and perseverance, these graduates have proven they are ready to become the next generation of talent in the HVAC and facilities maintenance industry.

The celebration was made even sweeter by exciting news from one of the graduates, who has already secured employment with J&J Air Conditioning, a highly respected HVAC company in the region. What a tremendous accomplishment and a testament to the opportunities that await these students.

A special thank you to their dedicated instructor, Jim, for sharing his expertise and preparing students for success in the field, and to their counselor, Elaine, for providing the encouragement, guidance, and professional development that helped students stay focused on their goals.

Congratulations to our graduates! Your hard work and commitment have opened new doors, and we can't wait to see the impact you'll make in the industry.
