One of the best ways to keep growing in our faith this summer is to spend time in God's creation and reflect on His greatness.
This week's memory verse is:
"The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork." Psalm 19:1 (ESV)
Whether you're watching a sunrise, exploring a hiking trail, enjoying a monsoon storm, or simply looking up at the stars, God's creation points us back to Him. Every part of creation reminds us of His power, creativity, and faithfulness.
This week, challenge your family to memorize Psalm 19:1 and take time to notice the evidence of God's handiwork all around you.

Today we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who lead with strength, wisdom, patience, and love. Thank you for the countless ways you guide, support, protect, encourage, and pray for your families each day.
Your example leaves a lasting impact far beyond what words can express. We hope your day is filled with joy, laughter, appreciation, and special moments with those you love most. Happy Father’s Day!

A week ago today, we wrapped up Summer Camp 2026, and our hearts are full of gratitude for the wonderful memories made along the way!

Summer is a wonderful time to slow down, explore, create, and simply be a kid.
In today's screen-filled world, one of the greatest gifts we can give our children is the opportunity to slow down, unplug, and engage with the world God created through exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships. We can also encourage them to ride bikes, build forts, read books, play outside, create art, invent games, and spend time with friends and family.
It's okay for children to be bored sometimes. In fact, boredom often sparks creativity, problem-solving, imagination, and independent thinking. When every moment isn't filled with screens, children learn to entertain themselves, explore new interests, and engage with the world around them.
Let's protect their childhood by giving them space to wonder, create, discover, and grow. The memories they make outdoors, the friendships they build, and the adventures they imagine are far more valuable than another hour in front of a screen.
This summer, challenge your family to unplug a little more and play a little longer. Childhood goes by fast, so let's help our children enjoy every moment. ❤️

As we close the chapter on our very first Summer Camp, we can't help but feel incredibly grateful.
This photo may not include every camper who joined us over the past two weeks, but each and every child helped make our first camp an unforgettable success. From crafts and STEM challenges to games, sports, cooking, laughter, and new friendships, our campers filled each day with joy and excitement.
It is hard to believe that something we dreamed about and planned for months has already come to an end. While it is sad to say goodbye, we are so thankful for the memories made and the opportunity to spend part of the summer with such an amazing group of children.
Thank you to all of the families who helped make our very first summer camp such a blessing. We will miss seeing their smiling faces each day, but we are excited to welcome many of them back for the upcoming school year and others at future special events throughout the year.
What started as our first summer camp has become the beginning of a wonderful tradition, and we cannot wait to see what God has in store for the years ahead.
Have a wonderful summer!

What a sweet day at camp!
Today was packed with fun, creativity, and a special visitor! Campers enjoyed a surprise visit from a bunny, giving everyone a chance to interact with and learn about these adorable furry friends.
The creativity continued as campers designed colorful popsicle magnets and created vibrant tie-dye shirts that turned out amazing! One of the highlights of the day was making homemade ice cream from scratch and topping it with delicious homemade caramel and chocolate sauces. Needless to say, there were lots of smiles and happy taste testers!
From crafting and creating to making sweet treats and special memories, today was another wonderful day at camp. We love watching friendships grow and seeing campers try new things each day!

We Are Overwhelmed with Gratitude!
As we prepare for another incredible school year, we want to thank our amazing community for your trust, support, and encouragement. Because of your belief in our mission, we are excited to share that our 2nd–8th-grade classes are officially full for the 2026–2027 school year! ❤️
Watching Canyon Heights Christian Academy grow has been such a blessing, and we are grateful for every family that has joined us on this journey.
This milestone is especially meaningful because we are committed to intentional growth. By maintaining small class sizes, we can preserve the culture, relationships, individualized attention, and discipleship opportunities that make our school unique.
We still have a limited number of openings in our Kindergarten and 1st-grade classes! If you are seeking a Christ-centered, hands-on educational experience where students are loved and encouraged to grow in faith and academics, we would love to connect with you.
Thank you for helping us build a community that is truly Rooted in Excellence and Truth.
