Dear Range Rider Family,

After 13 incredible years at Range Elementary, 5 years as Assistant Principal and 8 years as Principal, it is difficult to find the words to express how much this school and community mean to me.🐴❤️

Serving the students, staff, and families of Range Elementary has truly been one of the greatest blessings of my life. As someone who grew up in Mesquite, attended McKenzie Elementary and Wilkinson Middle School, and graduated from Mesquite High School, it has been especially meaningful to give back to the community that helped shape me into the person I am today. 📝

Together, we have celebrated successes, overcome challenges, and created countless memories that I will cherish forever. I am incredibly proud of all that our students and staff have accomplished, and I am grateful for the relationships and friendships that have been built along the way. 💙

To our amazing students, my hope is that you will continue to live out our mission each and every day by being Respectful, Responsible, and Remarkable! Continue striving to be awesome, working hard, showing kindness to others, and never giving anything less than your best! The lessons you learn and the character you build will take you far beyond the walls of Range Elementary, and I cannot wait to see all that you accomplish in the future!🤩

While saying goodbye is never easy, I am excited knowing that Range Elementary will be in excellent hands. Mrs. Soberanes, who has faithfully served as our Assistant Principal for the past six years, will be stepping into the role of Principal. Her dedication, leadership, and love for our students and staff make her the perfect person to continue the amazing work happening at Range! I know she will lead with excellence and heart! ❣️

I will miss my Range family more than words can express, but this is not goodbye. I look forward to volunteering, attending events, and cheering on our students and staff as a proud member of the Range community! 📣
