is a pilates instructor originally from Connecticut, with a passion for movement, confidence, and uplifting fitness. She is certified in both sculpt and classical pilates, bringing a refined and results-driven approach to every class. Her sessions are designed to sculpt, strengthen, and energize, leaving you feeling your absolute best. Known for her upbeat energy, Chase creates an experience that is both challenging and empowering, with a focus on building strength and confidence from within.

is a pilates instructor originally from Arizona, known for her thoughtful and strength-focused approach to movement. With certifications in both mat and reformer pilates, along with personal training, she combines precision with purposeful sequencing to deliver classes that feel intentional from start to finish.
