A new chapter of learning officially begins at Mahagsay Elementary School (Mahagsay ES) as we warmly open the School Year 2026–2027.

The opening of classes started meaningfully with a traditional ritual led by the Banwaon Datu, seeking blessings, guidance, protection, and wisdom for the learners, teachers, and the entire school community as we begin another academic journey.

This was followed by the Flag Ceremony, symbolizing unity, patriotism, and our shared commitment to quality education for every learner. 🇵🇭

During lunchtime, another traditional ritual for the meal was conducted, offering gratitude and prayers for abundance, nourishment, and harmony among everyone gathered. This meaningful tradition highlights the importance of preserving and honoring our cultural heritage while fostering education and community spirit.

As we begin this school year, may SY 2026–2027 be filled with meaningful learning, growth, achievements, and memorable experiences for all.

Magtinabangay kita sa pagtukod dili lamang sa maayong mga classroom, kondili usab sa mas hayag nga kaugmaon alang sa atong mga kabataan!
