From 4 Points to 2 Points 🔥🐾

The ability to shift your weight efficiently while maintaining balance is one of the most underrated skills in wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu.

In this sequence:

1️⃣ Lion Knee Cut Crawl
2️⃣ Lion Side Kicks
3️⃣ Lion Side Kicks + Inversions
4️⃣ Lion Front Kicks

The focus is simple:

➡️ Transfer weight from four points of contact to two.
➡️ Maintain control while reducing your base of support.
➡️ Develop mobility without sacrificing stability.

These transitions build:

✅ Shoulder strength and stability
✅ Core integration and anti-rotation strength
✅ Hip mobility and rotational power
✅ Coordination between upper and lower body
✅ Dynamic balance under load
✅ Body awareness during transitional movements
✅ Faster and more efficient scrambles

For wrestlers and Jiu-Jitsu athletes, this translates directly to better movement during shots, guard recoveries, stand-ups, front headlock exchanges, and chaotic scramble situations.

The athlete who can control their body while moving through unstable positions has a huge advantage when the match gets messy.

Move better.
Scramble better.
Perform better.

Don’t rush the submission ❌
If the angle is off, they’ll post on the floor, escape or counter with a heel hook.

Control the position + break the alignment = tap.
