This PTSD Awareness Month, we're focusing on something every veteran deserves: peace of mind.
For veterans living with PTSD, a trained service dog can provide support, confidence, and a sense of security that helps make everyday life more manageable.
Throughout June, we'll be sharing stories of veterans whose lives have been changed by their service dogs and how your support helps make those partnerships possible. Because peace of mind isn't just a feeling; It's a lifeline.
š¾ Help provide peace of mind to a veteran by making a donation today. Every dollar supports the training and care of future service dogs and brings life-changing partnerships within reach.

Iām honored to be running the 2026 Marine Corps Marathon in support of Semper K9 šŗšøš¾
This mission hits home for me. As a veteran and first responder, Iāve seen firsthand the battles that donāt end when the uniform comes off. Semper K9 provides service dogs to our veteransāgiving them independence, stability, and a new fight partner.
Iām putting in the miles⦠now Iām asking for your support.
If you can, please consider donating. Every dollar goes toward changing a veteranās life.

Strong messageāthis hits. Letās give it a caption that matches that energy and purpose:
āø»
They see the badge, the uniform, the strengthā¦
but they donāt always see the weight.
Every shift, first responders carry more than gear ā they carry stress, trauma, and responsibility for others.
Thatās why we train.
Thatās why we move.
Thatās why we refuse to break.
Fitness isnāt just about performance ā itās survival.
It sharpens the mind, strengthens the body, and builds the resilience needed for the job and life outside of it.
You canāt pour from an empty cup.
Take care of yourself so you can keep showing up for everyone else.
Move with purpose.
Train your body. Protect your mind.
Stay ready. Stay relentless. š„

Sleep isnāt a luxury in this jobāitās a requirement.
Youāre expected to make split-second decisions, react under pressure, and handle chaos⦠all while running on empty.
Thatās a problem.
Sleep deprivation leads to:
⢠Slower reaction time
⢠Poor decision making
⢠Increased risk on every call
You wouldnāt go on shift with broken gearā
so stop showing up with a broken body.
Train hard. Recover harder.
Sleep is tactical.
š When was the last time you actually got quality sleep?
Stay ready. Stay relentless. š„
