Enjoyed a rainy but fun evening celebrating Luxembourg National Day with the Twin Cities Luxembourg American Society. They are the newest Luxembourg society in the US and doing a great job preserving and celebrating Luxembourg heritage and culture in the Twin Cities region. Rebecca and I were there with our Luxembourg Legacy pop-up gift shop. Despite the rain, people purchased a bunch of our Luxembourg items and we had a lot of fun making new friends! Our wish is for continued success for the Twin Cities Luxembourg American Society! Keep up the great work!

Happy Luxembourg National Day, the day we celebrate Luxembourg’s independence and officially celebrate Grand Duke Guillaume’s birthday. This will be Grand Duke Guillaume’s first National Day as grand duke since ascending to the throne on October 3, 2025. Numerous National Day festivities will take place June 22-23.
After centuries of other countries conquering and controlling Luxembourg, it is amazing that little Luxembourg remains an independent and thriving country. Today is a good day to renew your pride in being a Luxembourger and to offer gratitude for our beloved Luxembourg.
The Luxembourg Legacy team wishes you a happy Luxembourg National Day and best wishes to Guillaume (whose actual birthday is November 11).
