Summerfest Music Festival is hosting our Military and First Responder Appreciation Day on June 27 from 12:00–6:00 p.m., where first responders, military, and veterans—plus up to four family members—receive free admission, and I’d love your help in sharing this with your department.

MAVRC honors & remembers the service members who gave their lives in defense of our nation. Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the sacrifices made by the fallen, the families who carry their memory, and the true cost of freedom.
As a military-connected community, we recognize that remembrance can be personal. We stand with those grieving, remembering, and honoring loved ones who never made it home.
Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

There is still time to join us for a relaxed and meaningful gathering centered on war memorials, remembrance, and the stories that often go untold. This welcoming space invites open conversation, shared experiences, and thoughtful reflection in a supportive community setting.
