Good news- housing applications are still OPEN!
Log in to your MySFA portal and apply under the Residence Life block. Housing is limited, so apply before Jan. 9!

Residence Life would like to congratulate all of the Fall 2025 graduates! You all have worked hard and accomplished so much in your time here. While this chapter may be coming to a close there are still many more stories ahead of you.

Congratulations again Lumberjacks! Axe 'em.

Thanksgiving break is almost here and there are a few things to keep in mind before you leave!
1. Residents do not need to turn in their room keys over break
2. All trash should be taken out before leaving
3. Make sure to turn out all lights
4. Take any valuables or cherished items home
5. Remember all hall rules still apply over the break

We hope you all have a safe and happy break.

The Spring 2026 housing application will open later in the month of October 2025. The Fall 2026 housing application will open during the Spring 2026 semester. For current residents, your assignment and current meal plans will carry over from the Fall to the Spring semester.

Be on the lookout: Watch your jacks.sfasu.edu email account for exact launch dates of the 2026 applications.

We are excited to have you as a Lumberjack and want to ensure that we take the necessary steps to provide accurate information as we move forward. Thank you for your grace and understanding as we get you the information you need to make informed decisions regarding your housing options.

We will be hosting a meeting tomorrow, September 16, on the first floor of the Steen Library to gather feedback on your campus living experience as well as discussing other topics. We can’t wait to see you there!
