The Help Desk provides technical support to the students, faculty and staff of Stephen F. Austin State University. We are located in the Steen Library.
We provide telephone help desk support to most of the campus as well as provide free computer repair for the computers belonging to the students of the university. Our hours are 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday during the Spring and Fall semesters. Our hours are the same during the Maymester and summer session except that we close at 5pm on Fridays.
