🌟Immokalee Service Trip🌟
Twenty-five St. John Neumann students recently participated in the annual Immokalee Service Trip, a transformative 3-night, 4-day immersion experience focused on understanding the financial disparities within Collier County while learning the beauty of hard work, sacrifice, and service. Students stayed at the Bethel Retreat Center and served alongside several local organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Career Pathways Learning Lab, Guadalupe Center, NCH Pediatric Health Center, Immokalee Fair Housing, and the Baby Pantry by Meals of Hope at Guadalupe Center.
A special highlight of the trip was a presentation by SJN alumnus Josh Costain, who spoke on the theme “Called on Mission – Free to Serve,” encouraging students to live lives rooted in faith and service. Guided by chaperones Sr. Pamela Rose Suresca, Deacon Jeff Tenbarge, Sr. Kaitlin Trokan, and Steve Cirronella, students returned with a deeper appreciation for community, compassion, and the importance of serving others.

The only high school all-grass soccer field in Collier County.
Real soccer. Real grass. The way the game was meant to be played. And we’re not stopping there - construction of our new track is now underway ⚽️🏈🏃♀️

⚾ St. John Neumann's Very Own Sister Kaitlin Will Throw Out the First Pitch at a Brewers game on June 14th! ⚾
Before Sister Kaitlin's next assignment begins, she is spending time back home in Milwaukee with family. Her visit will end memorably: throwing out the first pitch for the Brewers on June 14.
Sister Kaitlin describes herself as a “hometown fan” — the kind of Wisconsin sports fan who cheers for the Packers, Bucks and Brewers because they are part of home.
But for her, the connection between sports and faith goes deeper than team loyalty.
That connection is part of the Salesian tradition itself.

🇺🇸A heartfelt thank you to the Greater Naples Fire Department for coming to St. John Neumann Catholic High School last week to help us replace the rope on our flagpole!
When Officer Dean made them aware of our situation, they were more than willing to lend a hand. Since we do not have a ladder tall enough to safely reach the top of the flagpole, their assistance was greatly appreciated. Thanks to their expertise and generosity, our flag is once again flying proudly.🍀🇺🇸

🍀This past weekend, Salesian Sisters from across the country gathered in New Jersey to meet with Sr. Ruth del Pilar Mora, FMA, a prominent leader and the General Councilor for the Missions of the Daughters of Mary, Help of Christians.
Among those in attendance were several beloved SJN Alumni Sisters who faithfully served at St. John Neumann Catholic High School over the past 15 years. It was a joyful moment as they reunited for a special photo, reconnecting with one another and reflecting on the many lives they have touched through their ministry at Neumann.
Thank you, Sisters, for your service, faith, and the love you continue to share with the Neumann family! 🍀
