King’s Academy exists to reflect the light of Christ in a school community that displays the beautiful diversity of God’s Kingdom.
King’s Academy is a Pre-K to 12th grade, currently enrolling through 9th, Christ-centered school in Nashville, Tennessee, providing a classical education to a racially and socioeconomically balanced student body. And that’s a wrap on YEAR FIVE of King’s Academy Nashville. There is a million stories we could tell of the Lord’s faithfulness through these founding years, but, for now, we will just say HAPPY SUMMERTIME! ☀️🤍
Middle School Field Day - Survivor Edition!!!
Survivor Season 29 contestant and 5th place finisher, Baylor Wilson, joined us this morning to share about her experience on Survivor. She kicked off our Survivor Field Day by reminding us what matters - how we treat others and that we have already won the ultimate victory because of Jesus!

Elementary Field Day fun was in full swing today! We danced, played, competed, and battled it out in tug-of-war as we celebrated the end of a phenomenal school year!
Thank you for planning such a well thought of celebration. Thank you to parent volunteers for reffing the games. And thank you to our students and staff for making this year unforgettable! T-1 day until summer break!

A big round of applause to King’s Theatre Department students putting on a fantastic production of A Wrinkle in Time last weekend! 👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾👏🏿 This one act play was King’s Academy’s first big show and we are so proud of the Middle Schoolers’ hard work all semester getting it ready to perform! We look forward to many more shows to come!

The King’s community is rich with mothers and people who mother our children—whether it’s a teacher, a friend, a mentor, a volunteer, an aide, a grandmother, a foster mom, an admin—we are SO thankful for the village of women that love, teach, and guide our students!

The baby chicks have hatched! 🐣🐣🐣
This feels like it is a metaphor for the academic and physical growth of our Kindergarteners this year, and it could be, but we actually have baby chicks in our Kindergarten classes that burst into the world over the last 24 hours!
As a culmination of their unit on the life cycle, both Kindergarten classes adopted eggs, kept them in the incubator for 21 days, eagerly awaiting their births. And yesterday, our first one hatched, followed quickly by many of its friends. We are loving cuddling the baby chicks and learning more about these precious little animals.
