Grow your glow, know your power, find your fierce. Girls summer camp at Ford Ice Center.

Our final day of CUV NASH 2026 💫

Theme: stepping into our power

And WOW… the lessons today 🥹

We kicked things off with CUV OG Scott Hamilton - Olympic gold medalist, cancer survivor, author, commentator… truly one of a kind. Out of all the stages he’s spoken on, we’re the lucky ones who get to hear him here.

His message? Hard things will happen- what matters is how you respond.
Failure isn’t the end… it’s the lesson. And what you do with it is what defines you.

Next up: Pom class with former NFL cheerleader Molly ✨
The poms sparkling in the sun, the energy, the JOY- a perfect reminder that sometimes you just have to shake it off and have fun.

We celebrated our Supernova Award winners, honored our Peer Mentors, shouted out our year FIVE girls (!!), and then hit the ice to lock in our 5K Finale Performance with our Fearless Furbaby Bindi!

After lunch (and a little glam, because girls gotta girl 💅), it was showtime.

Performing for family and friends is always the highlight -watching these girls SHINE never gets old.

The littles looking up to the bigs.
New skaters beside seasoned ones.
The quiet ones finding their voice.

This is what CUV is all about — helping ALL girls grow their glow ✨

And they left this week shining brighter than ever.

To everyone who makes this possible -our venue staff, Nashville Skating Academy, presenters, instructors, volunteers, mentors, coaches, CUV core crew, and families - thank you. This community is everything.

What started as a dream is now five years strong…
and we’re just getting started 💫 06/06/2026

We simply cannot be our best selves at CUV without the remarkable .clairyogandmovement 💜

She’s been with us since the beginning, bringing her thoughtfulness and expertise to help all girls learn that yoga can be playful and restorative- it’s truly the best way to end our camp days!

She is a renowned yoga instructor based in Nashville, TN. Known as the “teacher’s teacher” she is regarded as one of the most talented and knowledgeable instructors in the Southeast region. 🧘🏼‍♀️💜

Gillian’s style is creative, both challenging and comforting, and infused with playful curiosity. She is passionate about offering carefully curated practices for unique individuals.

She started her asana practice in 1999 after a life of dancing (ballet & contemporary). She has studied with a wide of variety of teachers across many styles and movement modalities. Gillian incorporates aspects of dance, mobility, and strength training into many of her yoga asana practices.

Gillian is the director of the Steadfast Yoga School which will continue offering 200 and 300HR teacher trainings.

We are so lucky to have her for year FIVE of Camp Ultraviolet. We wish every girl could learn with her! 💜

She’s been a huge part of CUV SC - but this year we get her in Nash!!!! 💜⚡️💜

Carley Bryant is bringing the Florida sunshine ☀️ here to share her story of adventure, of resilience, and how her path has been shaped by following her HEART.

“I’m THRILLED to be part of the magic at Camp Ultraviolet for the third year in a row! I’ve been skating for 19 years and had the incredible opportunity to compete all over the country through college. After earning my undergraduate degree in nursing and becoming a registered nurse, I followed another dream of mine and spent 4 years touring the world as a principal performer with both Royal Caribbean and Disney On Ice.

Today, I work as a critical care nurse in Jacksonville Beach, where I continue to combine passion, discipline, and compassion every day. Outside of nursing, I still love to skate and I also spend a lot of time teaching barre classes and working toward my master’s degree in nursing.

At Camp Ultraviolet, I’m passionate about working alongside girls to encourage them to feel confident, empowered, and unapologetically themselves. I believe every girl is capable of absolutely amazing things when she learns to trust herself, embrace her individuality, and support the girls around her. I can’t wait to encourage campers to dream big, step outside their comfort zones, and shine in their own unique way! Let’s grow our glow together!”

A real life Disney Princess - brains, courage, and a passion for helping others.

You may see her presenting, coaching, choreographing, and providing care - how’s that for girl power!!!

She embodies mentorship and leadership and we cannot wait to have Carley here!!! 💜👑👩‍⚕️🩰🧑‍🩰⛸️

Yes girls… Kara is coming to CUV 26!
🥗🥪🍊🙌🏼👏🏼💜

Kara Miller is a registered dietitian with Kroger Health who believes all foods can fit and that fueling your body helps you feel strong, confident, and capable. With a background in sports nutrition, she loves teaching girls how food supports energy, focus, and self‑confidence—on the field, in the classroom, and in everyday life.

Her creativity and girl power exercises are some of the best moments from our camp - and we are thrilled to have her join us again!

CUV, meet 💜

She is inspiring for so many reasons - an athlete who has had twists and turns in her journey - but continues to pursue her dreams as an athlete while also helping other athletes fuel and take care of their bodies!

“As an athlete myself, I understand the struggles first hand of how confusing the noisy nutrition world can be, especially for young girls!

My approach goes beyond just “what to eat.” I help athletes understand why their bodies need fuel, how nutrition supports both performance and long-term health, and how to tune out diet culture so they can become their strongest selves.

My goal is to help athletes fall in love with the power of nutrition. It’s one of your greatest tools for strength, resilience, and becoming the athlete (and person) you want to be.”

We are THRILLED to have Katie as one of our speakers this Summer!!!

We are passionate about helping girls learn from experts in the field - especially when it comes to nutrition. These conversations are impactful - and we need resources like Katie to combat the messages girls may see or hear from those entrenched in diet culture and skinny fads.

So grateful to have her!
Let’s GLOW! ✨🙌🏼💪🏼

One of our all-time favorites is back! 🩷✨🧠🙌🏼

Our biggest cheerleader since day one 💜

Noelle brings wisdom, experience, and a deep understanding of how to help our girls process emotions, navigate life’s bumpy moments, and—most importantly—believe in themselves and their individuality.

As an LMFT, she has the background to guide meaningful, impactful conversations.

This is what makes our camp experience so special—we bring in experts who can hold space for big topics with grace, kindness, and genuine connection.

So grateful to have Noelle back for year FIVE! 🖐🏼💜✨

Thank you for believing in this camp - these girls are SO lucky to learn with you!
