Step 2: Spiral.
Step 3: Declare I “work well under pressure.” It’s not broken if it sort of works, right?

The Best Way To Plan Your Week
Isn’t it just the worst when you work all week and Friday comes along and you wonder what you got done?
It shouldn’t be like that.
I’m showing you the 3x3 method.
Hands down the best way to feel successful at the end of each day and week.
Comment “yes” below if you’re ready to commit!
Want to feel great at the end of the day?
Start with an intention.
Decide what you want to do.
Even if it’s downtime or relaxation. Because if you don’t give yourself permission or make the declaration before you get started, you beat yourself up at the end of the day…or just feel meh.
Because there’s no feeling of success or accomplishment.
When you make an intention and then do the thing, it’s instant gratification.
What’s one intention you have for tomorrow?
Ever work nonstop and still get nothing done?
Not one priority.
Not one thing from the list.
Not even the easy one you added just to cross off.
If your day feels full but your progress feels empty, this one’s for you.
What’s the first thing that derails your focus?
Need your team to shift from busy to productive?
Let’s talk. https://lifeisorganized.com/consultcall/
Do you constantly overestimate what you can get done?
Do you underestimate how long things take?
It happens to the most experienced people!
There’s this crazy phenomenon called Optimism Bias. It makes you believe that a task you’ve done once or more will be shorter the next time around.
And, it’s just not true.
Once you’re efficient at a task, you usually don’t get even more efficient.
What’s one thing you always convince yourself will take less time than it actually does?
I’ve perfected the art of almost starting.
I’m not procrastinating, I’m planning.
And researching.
And emotionally circling the project like a hawk.
Which is basically the same thing as doing it… right?
If you’ve ever spent more time preparing to work than actually working, this one’s for you.
What’s your favorite way to feel productive while avoiding the actual task?
If procrastination is quietly killing your team’s momentum, let’s talk.

My foolproof plan for doing everything the hard way.
Reinvent the wheel every single week.
Why make it easy when you can rely on memory, stress, and a dash of panic to pull it all together?
If that sounds a little too familiar, this video’s for you.
What’s one system you’ve been putting off but know would save you hours?
If your team is stuck in rinse-and-repeat chaos, let’s talk.

I got to watch a preview of my TEDx talk.
Oh boy - seeing every awkward facial expression, pause, and “um” is humbling.
But once I got over self-criticism, I thought about how much this talk is about something so many of us carry around:
That feeling that no matter how much you get done… it still doesn’t feel like enough.
We’ve gotten so used to measuring ourselves by output, productivity, and how much we can squeeze into a day.
But what if the better question is: Did I do what mattered?
That’s the heart of this talk.
How attention shapes our lives, relationships, performance, and how we feel about ourselves at the end of the day.
The official TEDx release is coming soon, and I can’t wait to share it.
I have an early access list if you want to watch it first when it drops.
