I'm excited to be sharing The Courage to Cross the Threshold at Women in Technology of TN's event. The Courage to Cross the Threshold is an inspiring, interactive talk that challenges audiences to rethink how they approach risk, opportunity, and growth. Through powerful storytelling and practical insight, Stephanie helps participants recognize the doors opening in their lives, understand what keeps them from stepping forward, and learn how to take confident action even when fear is present. Rather than waiting to feel “ready,” audiences discover how courage is built through movement, small bold steps, and trusting the voice within that says it’s time for more.
