Our foam party was all about celebrating the power of joy and community at Encompass Community School! Our learners came together for an unforgettable Foam Party, filling the day with laughter, friendship, and plenty of fun. 🫧🫧🫧🫧

Moments like these remind us that school is more than a place to learn, it’s a place where relationships grow, memories are made, and everyone belongs. Seeing our learners laugh, play, and celebrate together was a wonderful reflection of the supportive and caring community we’ve built.

We are proud of the hard work our learners have shown, and even more proud of the kindness, teamwork, and sense of belonging they bring to our school every day.

Let’s hear it for Kyrie, one of our incredible LEARNers who has been absolutely crushing their academic goals this year! 📚✨Back in August, Kyrie started the year working hard to build up oral reading fluency. Fast forward to April—thanks to incredible dedication, focus, and a phenomenal 2.69x rate of improvement—Kyrie is officially reading ON GRADE LEVEL!

📈Soaring from 17 to 76 words per minute, Kyrie is proof of what happens when hard work, personalized learning, and a growth mindset meet. We are so proud of you, Kyrie!

Week 2 of Summer Boost is in the books! ☀️📚🎉

This week was packed with learning, growth, and fun! From building stronger reading and writing skills to tackling two-step equations, a skill typically introduced in 7th grade, our learners rose to every challenge.

We wrapped up the week with an epic foam party, and smiles were everywhere! We are so grateful for the opportunity to spend our summer with such incredible kids. They work hard, have fun, and make every day an adventure.

We can't wait to see what Week 3 has in store!

Our first field trip of Summer Boost was a blast! 💥 After a week of working hard to be nurturing, organized, and build stronger, more sophisticated learning habits, our LEARNers earned a day full of fun and adventure. 🛼 We are so proud of all their hard work and growth!
