Beth brings 24 years of experience, a Master of Music, and a passion for her craft. Widely respected across Tennessee's music education community, she has built award-winning programs throughout her career — and this homecoming is extra special. Beth first walked our halls as a student teacher in 2001.

Meet Neal Gossett, Lipscomb Academy's new Director of Operations.

We are excited to welcome Neal to the team! He brings 25+ years of senior operations and executive leadership experience, with a proven track record in multi-site operations, facilities management, and cross-functional leadership.
