Future Foodies Club is a fun and supportive group designed to gently expand your child’s food repertoire while building confidence, curiosity, and positive mealtime experiences.

We will:
• Explore new foods through play and hands-on activities
• Build comfort with different textures, colors, and smells
• Practice, tasting, describing, and interacting with food (no pressure and never force fed ❤️)

• 4 expertly guided small group sessions
