On Saturday, June 27, at 11:00 AM, Sigma Lambda is proud to partner with EMBARK and 6th Baptist Church to host a free Kidney Screening Event for the community.

Early detection saves lives. This initiative aims to increase awareness of kidney disease, identify high-risk genetic variants such as APOL1-mediated kidney disease, and connect individuals with valuable health resources and counseling.

We encourage all Brothers to get screened and invite family members, friends, church members, coworkers, and neighbors to participate. Together, we can promote healthier communities through education, prevention, and service.

Wrapped up the year with our AYLA mentees this past weekend with a NOLA history tour. Thank you to Bro. Bartholomew for hosting us!
