Heading to Orlando for ISTE + ASCD 2026? π‘
The mega-sessions are great, but the real breakthroughs happen during the quiet moments in between. Thatβs why weβre launching The Leadership Collective: Choose Your Own Adventure.
Weβre skipping the crowded convention halls for exclusive, high-value networking across Orlando's best spots. Whether you want to talk strategy over a sit-down power brunch at The Hampton Social, catch a VIP sunset flight on the Orlando Eye, or join our sub-zero AI Innovation Loft at ICEBAR, you build the itinerary that fits your goals.
πͺ Note: Space is strictly limited and curated for senior EdTech and instructional leaders (CIOs, CTOs, Superintendents, and Curriculum Directors).

Earlier this month our team was all together in New Orleans β and it did not disappoint. π·
Good food, good people, and a full week of thinking big about where TORSH is headed next. The work feels different when you're in the same room as the people doing it with you.
More to come. Good things ahead.

The teachers who leave aren't always the ones you'd expect to lose.
Sometimes it's the ones who wanted to grow, asked for feedback, and quietly stopped waiting for it.
Teacher retention isn't only a compensation problem. It's a support problem. The districts holding onto their teachers aren't always the ones paying the most β they're the ones where coaching is consistent, growth is visible, and educators feel like their development actually matters to someone.
That's not a budget line. That's a system.

Honoring those who served this Memorial Day. Grateful for the sacrifices that make this work β and everything else β possible. πΊπΈ

Every child deserves a learning environment built for them β not adapted around them.
That's the work.

We're here at the FPG International Early Childhood Inclusion Institute β and if you're walking these halls, come find us.
We're having real conversations about what it looks like to build coaching and observation infrastructure that actually supports inclusive practice at scale. If you're working in Part C or leading state-level early childhood programs, that's exactly who we want to connect with.
We're also giving away a sage green Kindle. π Stop by, say hello, and get entered to win.
Drop a comment or DM us if you want to find us.

If someone on your team is manually logging who completed what, tracking hours in a spreadsheet, and sending out certificates one by one β that's time that should be doing something else.
TORSH Learning Paths automatically awards certificates and credit hours β PD, CEUs, Clock Hours, whatever your criteria β the moment a learner qualifies. No follow-up. No chasing. No spreadsheet.
The admin takes care of itself.
Curious what that looks like for your organization? Let's talk. π https://hubs.ly/Q04h1Hv20
