How can we unlock the Longevity Dividend for art museums? Our population is aging, and society is ageist. We need to change our attitudes and behaviors. How would we know when a museum is valuing its older audiences? In this Peer2Peer session, you'll hear from Brian P. Kennedy, President of Brian P. Kennedy Arts Consulting LLC about his work with E.A. Michelson Philanthropy to make art museums more accessible for older adults. Also presenting will be Melanie Fales, Executive Director/CEO of the Boise Art Museum and Christine Boutros, Associate Director of Learning and Engagement at the Honolulu Museum of Art, who wil l share about their anti-ageism initiatives and programs for older adults.
