Please join us in celebrating HDC’s Team Member of the Month, Lynn Lallier! 💜👏 Lynn brings positivity, teamwork, and dedication to everything she does.

💬 Here’s what her colleague Angelica Bruno had to say:
"I am pleased to nominate Lynn Lallier for Employee of the Month. She is an invaluable member of our business office, consistently bringing positive energy and a strong willingness to support others. Lynn is always the first to step in and assist her colleagues, especially during our busiest times. Her dedication to quality and excellence is evident in her work with Early Head Start (EHS) billing—just one example among many programs and projects she manages with care and efficiency. Lynn’s strong work ethic and commitment truly make a difference every day, and we are grateful to have her on our team."

🌟 Lynn, thank you for your hard work, kindness, and team spirit—you make HDC shine brighter every day!

We’re thrilled to see HDC’s work recognized nationally and to celebrate the team driving systems‑level change every day.

Thank you to the Developmental Disabilities Network Journal for its peer‑reviewed article, “Building Capacity and Inspiring Change: The Impact of Louisiana’s UCEDD Across the Lifespan” that highlights how HDC strengthens inclusion, independence, and opportunity for people with disabilities—from early childhood through adulthood. It showcases HDC’s leadership in early childhood inclusion, educator and workforce development, transition supports, sensory disability services, prevention initiatives, and emerging interdisciplinary clinics.
