Summer teaches us that JOY is medicine! Ruled by the Fire element, it reflects the peak of Yang energy, which is warm, vibrant, expressive, and outwardly focused.
👍🏽Aligned summer energy: vitality, enthusiasm, and emotional ease
👎🏽Misaligned summer energy: restlessness, insomnia, or feeling emotionally scattered

Inclusive care starts with a simple practice: ask, don’t assume.

A big congratulations to the Forage & Frolic Wellness Club on hosting its very first event!
Dismantling the Scaffolding was an evening of connection, reflection, and wellness for students. It featured journaling, team-building activities, a guest speaker on Chinese medicine, and a guided meditation. We're proud to see students creating spaces where their peers can learn, grow, and support one another both inside and outside the classroom.
