Flaky croissants stuffed with savory ham and melty cheese, brushed with garlic butter, then baked until golden, warm, and irresistible. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, parties, or an easy family snack.
Ingredients
4 large croissants
8 slices deli ham
4–8 slices Swiss, provolone, or cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon honey or Dijon mustard, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice each croissant in half, but do not cut all the way through.
Spread a little mayonnaise or Dijon mustard inside each croissant.
Add ham slices and cheese slices.
Place the stuffed croissants on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, black pepper, and honey or Dijon if using.
Brush the garlic butter over the tops of the croissants.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the croissants are golden and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm while the cheese is soft and gooey.
