Anyone can serve food.

What Leah has long understood is that hospitality is about how people feel.

After more than 30 years in restaurants and guest experience, she has developed an instinct for the small details that make people feel welcomed, cared for and genuinely delighted to be somewhere. 🤗

At our recent retreat, one of those details happened to be fresh chocolate-covered strawberries. 🍓🍓🍫🍫

Not because anyone was expecting them. Not because they were necessary.

Because thoughtful surprises have a way of changing the atmosphere.

The conversation becomes a little lighter and warmer. People settle in more fully. The experience feels a little more memorable.

That has always been part of Leah's philosophy.

A beautiful experience is rarely created by one grand gesture. More often, it is created by a hundred thoughtful choices that help people feel seen, comfortable and glad they came.

The strawberries were simply one of them.

What would you like more of in your life?

✅ More energy?
✅ Greater confidence?
✅ Better focus?
✅ Less stress?
✅ Clarity on what’s next?
✅ A stronger sense that you're actually living your life instead of racing through it?

That question is where my personal yoga training begins.

Once we're clear on the shift you want to make, we build a practice around it.

That practice may include movement, breathwork, mindfulness, mobility work, posture training or other yoga-based tools. Each serves a purpose. Together, they're selected and sequenced to support the outcome you're after.

Think of them as ingredients in a finely crafted recipe. The ingredients matter, but what matters most is what we're creating.

Someone may want to add a whole lot of energy and clarity to the next chapter of their life. Someone else may want greater confidence, better focus and better decision making ability to become a more effective, thoughtful leader.

Different goals call for different approaches, but the principle remains the same.

We identify the shift you want to make, then train it consistently until it holds.

It’s called yoga-powered vitality training.
The goal isn't simply to improve your yoga practice. It's to help you live and lead with greater energy, focus and intention.

If there's something you'd like more of in your life this summer, send me a message.

One of Leah’s many gifts is making nourishment feel beautiful and delicious without making it complicated.

At our recent One Bold Shift retreat in Ocean Grove NJ, she made berry and Greek yogurt muffins that were healthy, tasty and exactly the kind of detail that changes how a morning feels.

This is the part of vitality people often skimp on.

Yes, movement matters. As do breath, sleep, strength, focus and follow-through. But vitality also comes from the way we care for ourselves in ordinary moments: the food we prepare, the table we set, the 5 extra minutes we take to make something feel a little warmer, fresher and more intentional.

A muffin is not a life strategy, obviously. We are passionate, not totally unhinged. 😂

But the choice to nourish yourself with something that feels good, tastes good and gives you actual energy? That is a decision toward vitality. 💪

This is the spirit of Leah’s Tiny Luxury Moments™: simple details that help daily life feel less rushed, less beige and a lot more worth participating in.

A Decision Toward Vitality.

This summer, Leah and I are inviting women into a conversation about one simple question:

What decision could bring a little more energy, joy, adventure, confidence, purpose or possibility into your life?

Not a complete reinvention or a dramatic life overhaul.

Just one meaningful decision that moves you closer to the life you want to be living.

Life is short and there is no time to waste going through the motions.

What's your Decision Toward Vitality?

Leah and I stepped outside for a few minutes while planning our next retreat.

We all know how taking a few minutes to rest refresh and refocus gives us a new surge of energy to put toward what we are doing.

But even with that, most of us still spend too much time thinking about the next conversation, the next responsibility, the next decision or the next thing that needs our attention long before we've finished experiencing the moment we're actually in.

It's good to anticipate and be ready for what's ahead. The challenge is that if we're not careful, we can spend so much time preparing for life that we don't fully notice it while it's happening.

✅ A beautiful view.
✅ A meaningful conversation.
✅ A walk with our aging dog.
✅ A few quiet minutes with someone we love.

These moments seem small when they occur, yet they are often the very things we remember later.

One of the most valuable skills we can embrace through is how to be fully present for the parts of life that are already worth noticing.

The advantages that often sound the sexiest are experience, intelligence, talent and connections.

And yes, they matter.

But vitality?? Now we're talking!

The ability to bring energy into a room. To stay curious. To ask great questions. To have a thirst for knowledge. To bounce back fast from setbacks. To remain engaged with life instead of merely getting through it. To make fun and a little mischief part of your life.

And the best part is, we can create vitality with a little know how and a solid commitment to zestifying our lives.
