-- What Is Kabbalah? --
The wisdom of Kabbalah is a scientific tool for studying the spiritual world. To explore our world, we use natural sciences such as physics, chemistry, and biology. But natural sciences study only the physical world we perceive with our five senses. To fully understand the world we live in, we need a research tool that can explore the hidden realm, that which our senses c

The Book of Zohar reveals that the crises and pains we experience are intended to help us realize how far we are from the perfection of the spiritual reality and to enable us to attain it.
Reading The Zohar thus requires raising the importance of internality (the spiritual qualities of love, bestowal, and connection) over externality (the corporeal qualities of egoism, hatred, and division).
By doing so, we will elevate ourselves to a higher spiritual state, the key to a harmonious and peaceful life.
What does it really mean to be a Kabbalist?
It isn't about wearing special clothes, performing rituals, or gaining secret knowledge.
A Kabbalist is someone who works on the deepest transformation possible—the correction of their inner qualities.
Step by step, they learn to replace egoism with love, separation with connection, and self-concern with the desire to benefit others.
Just as a child naturally wants to become like a loving parent, a Kabbalist aspires to become like the Creator—to acquire the qualities of love, bestowal, and unity.
As these inner qualities develop, a person's perception of reality changes. They begin to see the world through the lens of connection rather than separation, discovering a deeper purpose behind life itself.
According to Kabbalah, true spiritual attainment is not about changing the world around us—it begins by changing ourselves.
The closer we become to the qualities of love and bestowal, the closer we come to understanding the Creator.
The Real Barrier Between Humanity and Spiritual Awakening
Baal HaSulam, the great Kabbalist of the previous century, writes about it.
He called this an iron wall standing between us—meaning people, humans—and the wisdom of Kabbalah. I'm not gonna go into the whole history of Kabbalah, but long story short, about 2,000 years ago, this wisdom was completely hidden. And there are reasons for that—spiritual reasons.

Reality according to Kabbalah, is holographic.
Every piece has the hole in it, meaning that it isn't really pieces. It's a hole limited by perception. Is that inside it, us, are we inside of it? It doesn't matter. it really is all. determined how we will enjoy or suffer depends on our correction, our attitude towards that wherever we suppose it is.
Being that there's no time or space, but only desire and intention, it's all, you can say it's all within you. But it's also you're within it.
From Conflict to Connection: Humanity's Natural Evolution
For billions of years, life has followed a powerful pattern: from competition to connection, from conflict to unity.
Single cells once fought for survival, resources, and dominance—until they realized they could collaborate, share DNA, and form something greater: multicellular organisms.
Humanity is no different. Nature pushes us to evolve, not just biologically, but consciously. Through tension, disparity, and even polarization, we’re being called to rise above and find deeper unity. This process happens in our hearts and minds—we feel it, live it, and grow through it.
We’re not just surviving; we’re becoming something more. Together.
