Join us on Wednesday, July 1, from 7:00–8:00 PM EDT for a conversation with Nicole Nikolich (), a Philadelphia-based crochet installation and street artist whose immersive works transform fiber into playful explorations of public space, nostalgia, and digital culture. Through large-scale crochet installations inspired by Y2K technology and early internet imagery, Nicole invites viewers to reconnect with memory, curiosity, and joy.

📚 Did you know TAAS has a Book Club?
Our Book Club brings together artists, writers, educators, and curious thinkers to engage with texts that spark meaningful conversation about art, culture, and the world around us.
Our current selection is The Slip: The New York City Street That Changed American Art Forever by Prudence Peiffer.
Part history and part portrait of a creative community, The Slip traces the artists who transformed a small stretch of Lower Manhattan into a site of radical experimentation and lasting influence. Through stories of collaboration, risk-taking, and artistic exchange, the book offers a compelling look at how creative communities take shape.
Have you read it? We’d love to hear what resonates with you.
