On Friday, June 12, we celebrated our 5th grade graduation, a meaningful milestone for our students and families.
We gathered to mark the occasion with songs from our K–4th graders, filling the space with pride and reflection. Our 5th graders shared heartfelt speeches, each one offering a glimpse into their growth, memories, and hopes for what lies ahead, followed by thoughtful words from their teacher, Katie, honoring the journey they’ve taken together.
Surrounded by classmates, families, and teachers, it was a joyful and memorable sendoff for this class and a moment to pause and recognize all that they’ve accomplished and who they’ve become along the way.
Congratulations to our 5th graders, we are so proud of you! 🎉

Last week, our 1st through 5th graders celebrated Peach Day at Hudson River Park, our beloved end of year field day tradition. 🍑☀️
This year marked a special milestone. It was the final Peach Day led by Sandy, our incredible PE teacher, who has been bringing joy, laughter, and community spirit to this day since the 1990s.
Through games, teamwork, and plenty of smiles, Sandy created a tradition that generations of Corlears students will always remember. We are so grateful for her years of dedication and the joy she has shared with our community.
Thank you, Sandy, for making Peach Day so special. 💛

A first step filled with trust, connection, and discovery. 🌱
At Corlears, our Toddler Program creates a safe, nurturing environment where children ages 10–24 months are free to explore, grow, and build meaningful relationships.
Join us for a live webinar, Inside the Corlears Toddler Program, on Tuesday, June 23 at 12 PM to learn more about our Caregiver & Me and Gentle Separation classes, hear how we support early transitions with care, and meet the educators who make it all possible.

With graduation just ahead, our 5th graders took a moment to share what Corlears has meant to them, and what they're going to miss the most about being a Corlears student.
This class has left a lasting mark on our community through their kindness, curiosity, and spirit. Our roots go down even stronger because of the Corlears Class of 2026. Please help us congratulate them as we hold this moment with pride and gratitude! 🎓✨

We are so proud of our students for creating the incredible artwork featured at our Corlears Community & Legacy Celebration auction. Each piece was a collaborative work, full of color, texture, and storytelling, reflecting the voices and experiences of our classrooms.
With the support of our community, we raised more than $13,000 to help carry Corlears forward.

Little hands lead the way as toddlers explore new textures, materials, and experiences through hands-on play. These moments of discovery support early growth, independence, and a sense of wonder within a nurturing environment. 💜

So many memories, all in one room. 💛
Last Friday, our amazing community came together to revisit 58 years of shared moments, flipping through photos, yearbooks, and stories that still feel close.
It was a night of reflection, connection, and a reminder of just how much this community carries forward.
We will continue fundraising through our Legacy Fund, and anyone is welcome to be part of it. With a gift of $50 or more, you can add a personalized, engraved leaf to a permanent Giving Tree that will live in Corlears’ new home. We celebrated a beautiful commencement for our 1st through 4th graders yesterday as they reached the end of their Corlears journey. As we reflect on how much they’ve grown, our roots will always go down, and we send them off with pride, love, and excitement for what’s ahead. 💛

Less than three weeks until Camp Corlears, where hands meet clay and curiosity takes shape through discovery and creativity. We can’t wait to see what your children will create this summer! ☀️
