It is with mixed emotion that the partners of Marner Architecture announce that the firm will be
closing on December 31, 2022.

We are proud of the 15 years of leadership in our field. We endeavored to design projects of the
highest caliber and provide outstanding service to our clients. We are grateful for the
opportunities our clients provided us and for the productive and fulfilling working relationships
with our consultants and vendors.

As we close this chapter, we know that our professional and personal friendship will endure well
beyond this milestone. We support each other as we move forward to new challenges.

Thank you for your past business and support. We wish you all the best for your continued success,
and hope you have a wonderful holiday.
