What makes a book, film, or song “q***r”? In English 387, we’ll dig into an exciting variety of q***r culture as we debate all the possible responses to this question. Classic q***r works, cutting-edge contemporary artists, and all kinds of hot topics (Heated Rivalry and q***rbaiting, anyone?) will be up for discussion. In the end, we will have an in-depth engagement with LGBTQ+ life, literature, and culture in the US.
