If you know, you know. The Screaming Viking. Believe it or not after twenty or so years this is actually the first time we have ever met in person.
Offering personalized coaching in mental training as well as swimming technical skills
Principles:
Strengths based coaching- To begin coaching each individual from curiosity about what it is they value and are best at. Recognize their strengths and the opportunities to build on them and use them to achieve goals. Creativity- To have no pre-conceived notions of how to help someone get better. There is no single system employed, rather unique solutions based on the challenges at hand

Short review: I had an awesome time and I feel really good about the leadership we have at the National team level right now. Thank you also to Kim Williams for the photo, the humor and insight throughout the day.
