Lincoln Elementary School

Have you ever seen Shark Tank on TV? It is a popular business reality television series where entrepreneurs pitch their business ideas to a panel of wealthy investors, known as the "Sharks". The goal is to secure investment funds and business guidance in exchange for a percentage of ownership or royalties in their company. Our Lincoln Scholars did just that. Their ideas were amazing. I am confident that we’ll be seeing these entrepreneurs real soon. Thank you Ms. Myrick for allowing these scholars to think OUT OF THE BOX.

Today was a FUN FILLED DAY for our 4th graders. They experienced a Geometry Walk in Downtown Newark. Everyone was so engaged and determined to complete their assignment. Their SMILES tell it all. Who knew learning could be so much fun. Thank you to their teachers, Mrs. Blue, Mrs. Lo Stuto and their Math Coach, Dr. Burton for facilitating this activity. Our scholars will be talking about this for a long time.

The weather was absolutely gorgeous for our 8th trip at Lake Tomahawk 🏖️
