Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority contains a very diverse group of women.
We regularly fundraise and contribute to charities including the Cystic Fibrosis Research Foundation, and ANAD- Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders. On March 17, 1917, five women at New York University Law School took a pledge of sisterhood and loyalty and so founded the Alpha Chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon, one of the first non-sectarian, social sororities and the only one founded at a profes

Letters from our Recruitment Team💜💛
When I first came to college, joining a sorority was never part of my plan. NJIT being a predominantly male school, I wasn’t sure that I’d find a community of women that truly felt like home. Looking back now, I couldn’t have been more wrong.
I have been gifted so many friendships, lots of sisterhood, and most importantly support when I needed it most. It gave me a whole new side of college I didn’t even know I was missing.
As Vice President of Recruitment, I get to tailor the potential new member experience. I have privilege of helping others find the connection that I have found. My goal is to create an inviting space for everyone new, and make them feel the true sisterhood that I felt when I first came out.
If you’re considering recruitment, I encourage you to keep an open mind. You never know what coming out to an event might take you, and the sisterhood you might find. I know that coming out to events in 2024 changed everything for me.
And to my current sisters… thank you for being the reason I fell in love with this chapter in the first place❤️
